Company description
Haffmans B.V. develops and manufactures Quality Control Instrumentation and
Process Equipment to both recover and manage CO2 for the brewing industry.
Haffmans B.V. was established in the Netherlands in 1947 as an agent for
the European brewing industry. Mr. Ernest Haffmans further developed the
firm into a trading company. After 1980, when Mr. Bert Haffmans took over
the family owned company, the first CO2 recovery plant was introduced
to the international market.
After 50 years of family ownership Mr. Bert Haffmans sold the company in
January 1998 to Norit Procestechnology Holding B.V. and Mr. Menno Holterman
took over the position of Managing Director of Haffmans B.V.
