extrusion of plastic pipes (PVC, PE, PP, ABS etc.)
The company has over 45 years experience in this field. Her facilities are
located in the US and India with headquarters in The Netherlands. Rollepaal
is the only manufacturer producing both upstream and downstream equipment
for pipe extrusion.

- extruders: Rollepaal offers a complete range of single and twin screw
extruders for PVC, PE, PP plastic pipe in a range from 75 kg/hr up to 1800
kg/hr.
- die heads: As a specialist in pipe extrusion technology, Rollepaal
supplies die heads for all types of PVC, PE and PP pipes. Whether you
produce sewer pipe, pressure pipe, gas pipe, cable ducting or drainage pipe,
we know how to process the die that fits the job, from 10 mm up to 1200 mm.
- control equipment:Rollepaal offers a full program of line controls and
dedicated software, including ultrasound scanners and gravimetric systems,
to establish and control the quality of the pipe during production.
- cooling equipment: A range of vacuum and non vacuum tanks from 8 up to
800 mm supports the effort to produce the pipe needed in a controlled
environment.
- pullers (haul-off): An excellent program of state of the art haul offs
with state of the art motor control technology from 8 mm to 800 mm. The
program is designed for accuracy, socketing and ease of use during
production and start-up situations.
- cutters: A dust free production of any application and an excellent cut
for any socketing device is guaranteed with Rollepaal cutters. Ease of use,
a robust design and solutions for high speed lines, PP lines, special PVC
products and high filled materials can be offered by Rollepaal.
