The privately owned company Tummers Machinebouw was established in 1976 and located between big western potato product producers in the Netherlands and Belgium. Our main scope of supply is machinery for the potato processing and vegetables. This machinery is designed, developed, manufactured, installed and commissioned by a staff of 85 employees in total.
All machinery is installed and commissioned by our own engineers and/or supervisors. These supervisors will train and school the operators of the end-user which results in direct participation in the learning process of our customers. All this experience is translated into the design of each single machine or process. Therefore, our machines are not still a copy of many years ago but are developed according the latest standard in the industry for potato and vegetable processing. This keeps the technology at a high developed level and the price very competitive.
Tummers Machinebouw is world leader for complete Potato Flake Lines (dehydrated potato product) worldwide and is still growing with a wide range of machinery for the potato processing. Besides these activities we serve the market, together with our sister company R. Simon Dryers in England, with drying and cooling equipment for the Food, Chemical and other industries.

In general our machinery will clean the agricultural products, peel and inspect them, cut the products into desirable pieces and give them a heat treatment.
