Company description
The mission of Beurtvaartadres B.V. is to publish forms and software
for commercial transactions on the instructions of the employers'
organizations EVO, Koninklijk Nederlands Vervoer, Nederlandsch
Binnenvaartbureau and Transport en Logistiek Nederland. It is through
these instructions to Beurtvaartadres B.V. that the employers' organizations
aim to guarantee the availability of the forms needed for the management
and handling of the logistic process.
In order tofulfil its mission, the company uses sophisticated logistics
for the management of 500 designs of form which between them are used for
100 million transactions per year. The customers, numbering approximately
46,000 have a reliability of supply that exceeds 98 %. Forms that
require no further processing are delivered the following working day if
ordered before 4 p.m.
Beurtvaartadres B.V. has developed and supplied extremely user-friendly Customs and document software packages that are designed to reduce the administrative effort and costs incurred by customs, shipping and transport companies when filling in forms or customs declarations.
